GENERAL RULES -
GYMNASTICS
- Please check in at the front desk each week
when you arrive.
- Wait in the viewing area until your coach calls
your class out on to the floor.
- Always stay in line behind the coach as you are
walking out to the gym, and stay with your group for the entire
class time.
- If you are late to class, you must be brought
out into the gym by an office employee. We will do this at 10
minute intervals.
- If you are waiting after class, you must stay in
the viewing area. You are not allowed back into the gym, or into
the office area. You are not allowed to wait outside. Please let
the office know your parent has not arrived yet.
- Wear appropriate clothing. You will not be allowed
to participate in class without proper attire. (i.e. leotard, shorts,
and T-shirt, sweats.)
- No jewelry is to be worn while working out, except
stud earrings.
- Long hair must be pulled back into a ponytail.
- If your child comes out from the gym to use the
bathroom, please have an office worker take them back into class.
- NO HORSE PLAY- Repeated misconduct may be cause
of dismissal from the program.

GENERAL RULES - PARENTS
- Parents are not allowed in the gym or on the stairs
in the gym. For the gymnast's safety and to minimize the distractions,
all viewing must take place from the viewing area only.
- Parents must sign a release form if they will be
out in the gym. (Because of the many uneven surfaces, it is dangerous
if you have not been given instruction on where to walk and what
to watch out for.)
- If you have any questions or concerns, feel free
to talk to your child's coach after class or ask at the desk to
set up a time with the coach.
- In order for our staff to serve you more efficiently,
parents are not allowed behind the front desk.
- For your convenience we have a courtesy phone on
the north wall across from the office. Please limit phone calls
two minutes.
- Please be prompt picking up your child after class.
See late policy rule on bottom of second page.
- PLEASE BE AWARE that if your child needs to use
the bathroom during class that neither the instructor nor the office
staff can be responsible for ensuring they use the bathroom, and
then return to class. An office worker must accompany your child
back to class. You may want to watch your child's class in case
they need a bathroom break.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
- In case of snow, ice or severe cold, we will notify
channel 11 TV station to broadcast a closing bulletin. WATCH YOUR
TELEVISION. Canceled classes will be allowed an extra make up that
session. TCT will not be held responsible for errors broadcasted.
We usually leave a message on our answering machine also. 763-421-3046

MAKE-UP POLICY FOR CLASSES
- In order to better schedule gym and staff time,
and to provide consistent, high quality gymnastics instruction,
we ask that you make every effort to attend your regularly scheduled
class. We realize, however, that sometimes events occur that prevent
you from attending a class and you may need to schedule a make-up.
If this situation should arise, the following policy will be enforced.
- There is a limit of one make-up per session.
- The make-up must be scheduled through the TCT office
staff (so that we can control class size) and may be made up in
any class of the same level, that has room in it for a make-up.
- In the event that TCT should cancel a class due
to the weather or any other reason, we will schedule a make-up for
the entire class.

OPEN GYM POLICY
Open gyms are supervised by our coaches.
This is a time when children can come and practice what they have
been working on in class in a non-structured environment.
- All members and non-members are invited to attend
our open gyms. Click here for times
and costs.
- Call ahead to confirm times. 763-421-3046
- All nonmembers are required to have a T.C.T.
permission slip signed by their parents to participate. Permission
slips are available on-line or at the front desk.
- Call office, or answering machine for update on
dates for that month.
- Children age 6 years and under need to be accompanied
by an adult. The adult must be within an arms reach
to supervise the child in the gym. This applies to the entire time
the child participates in open gym.
- Due to liability issues, parents of children ages
6 years and above are not allowed in the gym.
- We occasionally cancel open gyms, for holidays,
clinics, meets, etc… We suggest you call ahead of time to see if
the gym is open. We put information on closings in our weekly highlights,
or on our answering machine, if the office is not in.

These are available at the front desk or on our website. Please
include these in your invitation.
- Suggestions for parents -
- Have children wear comfortable clothing, no
jewelry, hair pulled back, socks off so they won't be lost in
the pit.
- Bring a camcorder if you have access to one.
The children love to watch themselves over and over again for
years.
- We do have room for cake & ice cream or time
for opening presents.
