“Gymnastics has meant the world to me. It has shaped me into the person I am today. All of the opportunities, life lessons, and forever friendships I have made while doing this sport will never be forgotten. From the beginning TCT has been my home away from home. I cannot express how thankful I am to have been able to be a part of this team. I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at Eastern Michigan University and I plan on studying Environmental Sciences. Go Eagles!” -Raisa Boris

"Gymnastics has meant everything to me. Not only is it a sport that I love, it's a sport that has given me so much! I will be forever grateful for the life lessons it has taught me, the people I've met along the way, and the opportunities it's given me. TCT will always have a special place in my heart, and the unforgettable memories will be cherished forever. I will be continuing my gymnastics career at the University of Arizona. I'm currently undecided on a major but I plan on finding something I'm passionate about when I get there! BearDown!"- Elena Deets

“Twin City Twisters has been my second home for the past 16 years and and it has shaped me into the person I am today. All the friendships I’ve made, the opportunities that have come along, and the life lessons are things that I will remember forever. I am excited to be continuing my gymnastics career at Lindenwood University. Since I have really enjoyed working with the sonic program at the gym, I’ve decided that I will be majoring in special education!” - Jenna Eagles

"For the past 14 years, gymnastics has been my life and I would not change it for the world. It has taught me many lessons, brought me friendships, and I have made some of the most unforgettable memories. I would like to thank those who have helped me along on my crazy journey including my family, my coaches at TCT and my teammates. I will never forget my TCT fam, you guys will always have a special place in my heart. I will be continuing my gymnastics career at Gustavus Adolphus College and I plan on studying Biochemistry! The 10.0 Club
What an abrupt end to a great season in 2019-20. TCT alumni were crushing it in college! These four ladies had earned perfect 10s by February 27, 2020.

Maggie Nichols | Oklahoma senior
We all know that Swaggie Maggie is AMAZING...with more 10s than we can list...but her Wiki page has it all! She's in her senior year at Oklahoma and has helped them win 2 national championships, 3 Big-12 championships, while earning her own individual championships on events as is a two-time NCAA All-Around champion. This season she’s ranked in the top 3 AA in the country.
Don't forget she was also part of the 2015 USA World Championship team!
And get this little fact. A Gym Slam is the accomplishment of scoring a perfect 10.0 on each apparatus. Only 11 women in NCAA gymnastics have achieved this feat and only 2 have achieved it twice: Kyla Ross & Maggie Nichols.
This season, perfect 10s on Beam and Bars & three on Vault. So far. Go Maggie!!

maddie karr | denver senior
Maddie is in her senior year at Denver. She has had a phenomenal career, helping Denver finish 4th in the nation in 2019. The team is currently ranked 6th in the nation. She's ranked in the top 3 AA in the country.
She has had two perfect 10s this season on Vault! She's been near perfection on everything else:
Bars 9.975 (four times) | Beam 9.95 (five times) | Floor 9.95 (three times) | All-around 39.775

olivia trautman | oklahoma sophomore
Olivia is in her sophomore year at Oklahoma. She just scored her first perfect 10 on Vault last meet. She scored a 10 on Floor last season. Her personal bests aren't too shabby either: Bars 9.875, Beam 9.925 & All-Around 39.725. Read more about her college career HERE.
Fun fact: She traveled to Italy as a member of the 2015 City of Jesolo Trophy Junior National Team that won a gold medal in the team competition!

abby paulson | utah freshman
Abby is a freshman at Utah. She just scored her first perfect 10 on Beam which helped her team beat UCLA. Utah is currently ranked #3, tied with UCLA in the nation. She's starting her college career very strong, read more about her HERE.
Fun Fact: Abby competed for five years as an International Elite, took 1st place on floor and 3rd all-around at the 2017 City of Jesolo Trophy in Italy.

Sammie Henry | cornell senior
Sammy is a senior at Cornell University majoring in Engineering. She's competing on Floor and Vault. She has a personal best Floor score of 9.925! Read more about her HERE
shadae boone | UW Stout sophomore
Shadae is a sophomore at UW Stout. In 2019, she broke the school record in vault with a score on 9.825, winning the NCGA Championship National Vault Title...won her first all-American award...scored a 9.675 to make her best score on the floor exercise in a dual meet. She’s also the FIRST gymnast in D3 history to compete a Yurchenko 1 ½! Read more HERE
BROOKE MERILA | GUSTAVUS sophomore
Brooke is a sophomore at Gustavus. She's having a great 2020 season which followed a 2019 season when she earned All-American in the all-around. Personal best on Floor 9.625.
abby brenner | michigan sophomore
Abby is a sophomore at Michigan. She spent most of her club career at TCT, relocating to Texas in her junior year. Her 2020 season has brought some big scores: Vault 9.95 (twice); Bars 9.95 and Floor 9.925. Read more HERE.
