All cancellations prior to October 13th will be an automatic refund at the meet.
Injury Refund Deadline: November 21st, 2025
Between Oct 13-Nov 21, refund requests must be emailed to scoring@tctmeets.com. Physician note may be required. We will honor a refund, minus the cost of the leo, which will be included for your athlete
