All Enrollments are considered pending until we have reviewed your registration, prorated and/or applied applicable discounts and posted fees due. Credit cards are NOT charged at the time of registration.
1. Find your Class (Class Schedule page)
2. Click on REGISTER or WAIT LIST
3. A new page will open to complete your registration
4. You will receive email confirmations and any additional information as applies.
5. Once you are registered, you can login to the Parent Portal and add students & guardians, edit payment methods and personal information AND register for additional classes and events.

JackRabbit Parent Portal does NOT apply discounts online to multiple students or multiple classes.
If you are planning to register more than one child or one child into multiple classes, ENROLL, then call or email the front office to apply your discount and then process payment.
ENROLL: (do this process one at a time for each class enrollment)

2. Go to BILLING & PAYMENTS
3. You will receive email confirmations and any additional information as applies.
If you need to withdraw from a class:
Email Request to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Deadline: The 15th of the month prior
We need time to adjust our staffing and class admissions so it's crucial to us that we have time to do that. We appreciate your understanding.
The software does not allow parent's to withdraw online. We apologize for the inconvenience.
FYI: Some web browsers may not display certain information regarding class enrollment. If you are having trouble finding the class you'd like to sign up for please make sure you are looking at the correct session in the session dropdown and that the class is not full (which can be seen on our website class schedule page). You can also try another web browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, etc.)
