Permission slips for all guests must be completed and brought to the gym on the day of the event. Permission slips are provided to you at the time of party booking.

National Gymnastics Day
Large Group Events
TCT has hosted many large groups over the years. There are no set dates for these groups as we will work with you to find the best day and time for your organization. Some organizations we've accompanied in the past include New Horizon Day Cares, Adventure Plus and Mt. Olive.
TCT can accommodate over 100 kids between the 2 gyms and has a great staff to help keep things running smoothly. Each child will get to go through numerous stations on the events learning a few fundamentals of gymnastics while having a super fun time.
The organization booking the event must have at least one employee out in the gym for each group and appropriate additional help for special needs children. All participants must have a completed permission slip to be allowed in the gyms.
